Age, 88, resident of New Lenox, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Carol Friske (nee Wirth); dear cousin of Francis (Vivian) Murphy; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents George W. Friske and Madeline (nee Murphy), his brother George W. Jr., his sister Audrie (late Jack) Hurd, Sister Joan (late Donald) Zircher, cousins George (late Mary) Murphy and Robert (Elizabeth) Murphy. Roy was a World War II Army Veteran. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 4-8 PM.
