Age 69, of Putnam, IL. Formerly of Mountain Home, TX. passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016. Loving father of Monique (Jason) Kroll, Stephanie (Pete) Harris, and Sylvia (Daniel) Mattingly; cherished grandfather of Beanie, Averly, Trip, and Rosalie; and great-grandfather of Ryatt; dear brother of Shirley (George) Benda and Sandra lee (Ralph) Weber. He was preceded in death by his parents Stephan and Sylvia Andrysiak; and siblings Steve Andrysiak, Sheldon (Jean) Andrysiak, and Sylvia (late Jerry) Ferrso. Thomas was a Viet Nam, 2nd Recon Battalion-2nd Marine Division Veteran, member of Semper Fi, and volunteer fireman for the Divide Volunteer Fire Department in Mountain Home, TX. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, February 5, 2016 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral service at 11:30 AM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors Project, P. O Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675 would be appreciated.
