Carol A. Stirzen (Licina)

Age 74, of New Lenox, formerly of Flossmoor, passed away Saturday, February 11th, 2017. Beloved wife of Robert Stirzen; loving mother of Michele (Ben) Burgio and Michael (Michelle) Paukstis; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Nicholas, Ryan, Maxwell, Cooper, Claudia, and Joyanna; and great-grandmother of Savannah; dear sister of Philip Licina. She was preceded in death by her parents Rudolph and Sue Licina (Zona). Carol was a member of the Association of Realtors, and member of 4-H as a child. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, and loved horses. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, February 15th, 2017 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM. Entombment Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Orland Park.
