Age 42, resident of New Lenox, IL. passed away suddenly on February 12, 2012. Beloved daughter of the late David and Sandy nee Palazzolo; loving wife of Jay Husa; cherished mother of Emily and Connor Husa; dearest sister of Christine (Ken) Taylor and David (Karrie) Lesac; grand-daughter of Dolly Palazzolo; daughter-in-law of Jim Sr. (Mary) Husa; niece of Sue (Paul) Pearson, sister-in-law of Theresa (Tom) McCollom; and aunt to Christopher, Marisa, and Michael Taylor. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Donna was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox and Office Manager at Manhattan Dental Care for many years. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 3-9PM. Funeral Service Thursday, February 16, 2012, with prayers at 10:30 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox, IL for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM. Interment Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Orland Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family appreciated.
