Age 80, of Mokena, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. Beloved wife of Paul Hawksworth; loving mother of David (Susan) Hawksworth, Suzette Diaz, Michael (Kelly) Hawksworth, and Jim (Brenda) Hawksworth; cherished grandmother of Michelle Hawksworth, Megan Hawksworth, Isabel Diaz, Carly Hawksworth, Abby Hawksworth, Marissa Diaz, Jimmy Hawksworth, and Paul Hawksworth. She was preceded in death by her brother Edward (late Lillian) Gnaster. Dorothy was a member of St. Mary Church in Mokena and avid Cubs fan. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM. Funeral service on Friday, December 23, 2016 with chapel prayers at 9:15 AM to St. Mary Church, 19515 115th Ave, Mokena, IL 60448 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
