Jodi L. Johnson (nee Kolmodin)
Age 58, a resident of Romeoville, formerly of Lockport, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016; beloved wife of Terry Johnson; loving mother of Trent, Dana, and Ryan Johnson; dear sister of Jill (Bill) Kramer, Jeff (Teresa) Kolmodin, Mark (Robin) Kolmodin, Sally (Jeff) Baerman, and Heidi (Dan) Berta; also survived by her beloved dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Barbara Kolmodin (nee Vahle). Jodi was a registered nurse at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet for 36 years, she was a devoted Christian, and member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Joliet. She enjoyed singing in the choir at church, and was an avid reader. Jodi was a devoted wife, mother, and sister who will be sorely missed and always remembered. The family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441 on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 3:00-8:00 PM. The funeral service is Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Lockport City Cemetery, Lockport, IL 60441.
