Carolyn "Sue" Reynolds died peacefully on June 3, 2017, in New Lenox, IL at the age of 71 with her family by her side.
Sue is survived by her three daughters Lisa and Nate Fazio, Lori Fazio and Lana Peters and her former husband Vince Reynolds. Her Grandchildren are Nicole Fazio, Nate Fazio, Michael Fazio, Vincent Fazio and Taylor Peters. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, from 4pm – 7pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451.
