Evelynn E. Rose nee Anderson
Age 69, of Lockport, passed away Friday, April 26th, 2013 with her family at her side. Beloved daughter of Dorothy E. Anderson nee Fort; loving sister of: Marilynn (Charles) Sandeen, Carolynn (late Daniel) Stobbe, Rosilynn (Frank) Popek, and Franklynn (Kimberly) Anderson; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Bengt I. Anderson. Evelynn was an Air-Force Veteran, member of the Lockport Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, employed in the produce section at Jewel-Osco in Lockport for 10 years, and previously employed for Sciarene Fire Restoration Company in Joliet. The family would like to extend a very sincere Thank-you to Joliet Area Community Hospice and Dr. Sunil Narula for their excellent care. The family will receive friends at the Lockport Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 333 Lois Ave., Lockport, IL 60441 on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 3:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 4:30 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431 would be appreciated.
