Norma Jean Kollman (nee Carter)
85, of New Lenox, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Norma was born in Joliet to the late Samuel and Frances (nee Birkey) Carter. Beloved wife of the late James L. Kollman; mother of the James (Roswitta) Kollman, Sharon (Craig) Heim, Susan (Donald) Bettenhausen, and the late Timothy Kollman; loving grandmother of the late Brian Heim, Daniel (Shannon) Heim, Erica (Matthew) Cullen, Benjamin (Samantha) Bettenhausen, and Wesley (Amy) Heim; cherished great grandmother of nine; dear sister of the late Richard (the late LeEtta) Carter, the late Marjorie (the late Harold) Gait, and Elaine (Joseph) Neese; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials in Norma's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at the United Methodist Church of New Lenox on Saturday, February 3, 2018 for visitation from 9:30am until time of Funeral Service at 11:30am. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet.
