Pamela A. Gosack

age 60, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10th at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood with her family by her side after a 4 year battle with cancer. Survived by her loving husband of 29 years John Gosack, daughter Jennifer Gosack, sister Geraldine Glagola, brother John Wielgosz (Bonnie Fara), niece Amie Wielgosz and nephews James Glagola, John Glagola (Kim Ventura) and John Wielgosz (Jennifer Heitman). Preceeded in death by her parents John J. Wielgosz, mother Helen D. Wielgosz (Lewek) and brother-in-law Alex Glagola. Graduate of Joliet Central High School class of 1971 and member of the St. Mary Nativity Church. Pam was employed for 35 years as a dental assistant and bookkeeper for Dr. Dennis L. Sluski in Lockport. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center at Loyola for their excellent care during Pam's illness. Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox IL 60451 from 3 until 8 pm. Funeral service Friday, November 15, 2013, Prayers in the chapel at 9:15am leaving for St. Mary Nativity Church for a 10:00am Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, Il.
