Age 66, of Frankfort, passed away Tuesday, July 17th, 2018 at her home in Frankfort.

Patricia is survived by her loving family, sons, Josh (Michelle) Nissen, Jarrad (Jessica) Nissen, their father, Larry Nissen, sister, Mary (Dan) Siebert, grandchildren, Kailin Rose Nissen, Brooklyn Taylor Nissen, nieces and nephews, Kathleen (Fernando) Sarita, Carolyn Siebert, Brian (Lauren) McCarthy, Paul (Jocelyn) McCarthy and Mark (Mel) McCarthy.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Martin & Rose McCarthy (Juliano) and brother, Martin McCarthy.

Patricia was a longtime member of Peace Community Church in Frankfort and former elementary teacher in Monee. She was a fighter, battling numerous illnesses throughout the later years of her life; and was determined to see the birth of her granddaughters.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, July 19th, 2018 from 3:30 PM until time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois would be appreciated.
