Age 89, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, July 6th, 2011 at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields.

Patricia is survived by her loving family, children, Barbara Koning, David Machtemes, siblings, Jean Smith, Doris ZuMullen David Tyler, grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Weber, David (Diane) Koning, great grandchildren, Hanna Weber, Hailey Weber, Trent Weber, Meghan Koning and many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester & Luella Tyler (nee Nutting), husband, Joseph J. Machtemes, an infant daughter and brother John Tyler.

Patricia was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL 60423, Sunday, July 10th, 2011 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, July 11th, 2011 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mokena. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
