Patricia E. Hubbs-Brezovec (nee Cante)

Age 66 of Channahon, IL passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born in Chicago, IL to the late Baltazar and Teresa (nee Iriarte) Cante. Beloved wife of Fred Brezovec and the late Timothy Hubbs; loving mother of Kevin (Jill) Hubbs and Kristopher (Mandy) Hubbs; cherished grandmother of Tyler, Dylan, Gabby, Riley, River, Walker, and Levi; bonus mom to Dan and Dave Allgood, sister of Hector (Barb) Cante, Marco Cante, and Adriana (Joseph) Bianchi; loved aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Patricia was employed as a Hearing and Vision Technician, working in Joliet, IL Grade School Dist. 86 and Bourbonnais, IL Grade School Dist. 53. Patricia was a passionate carousel horse collector, she loved crafting, gardening and most especially the color purple. Patricia enjoyed spending time with family and friends, always faithful to offer support to friends and family in need. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd New Lenox, IL on Monday September 23, 2024, from 3 pm – 8 pm. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel.
