Age 82 of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, January 9th 2017 at Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights.

Patricia is survived by her loving family, children, Daniel (Melodie) McHugh, Jr., Janis (Paul) Coppolino, Maureen McHugh, Jim McHugh, Tom (Cindy) McHugh, brother, Frank L. Smith, Jr., sister-in-law, Judy Smith, grandchildren, Eric (Lisa) McHugh, Kristen (Dave) Morphew, Gavin Zeitz, Peter Zeitz, Jamie (Randy) Smith, Sarah McHugh, Michael McHugh, Gia (Pat) Redl, Susie (Dan) Bowen, great grandchildren, Declan Morphew, Mason Morphew, Jake Zarkin, Josh Zarkin, Daniella Zarkin, Hannah Redl and Isabella Redl.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Mary Smith, Sr., (Lettiere) and husband Daniel J. McHugh.

Patricia was a former member of the Jitterbug Club in Chicago. She was an artist and a member of the Phoenix Arizona Artist Guild and greatly enjoyed her large extended family; known as a second "Mother" to many, her passions included, music, art, movies and popcorn.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, January 12th, 2017 from 2:30 PM until time of Eulogy service at 7:00 PM.
