72 of Plainfield, IL passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, IL. Pat was born in Chicago, IL to the late Wilbur C. and Vincenzina (nee Lipuma) Dorgan. Loving father of Joseph Dorgan; dear brother of the late Barbara (late Frank) Ciaccia, Wilbur Jr. (Betty) Dorgan, Raymond (Patricia) Dorgan, and Mary Jo (Peter) Przybylowicz; cherished grandfather of Juan, Jessica, and Joe Jr.; loved uncle of Frank Ciaccia Jr., Sherri (Robert) Hennessy, and Paul (Denise) Przybylowicz. Pat was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Please omit flowers. In lieu of flowers memorials in Pat’s name to a charity of donor’s choice would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Sunday, December 12, 2021from 2:00pm until time of service at 6:00pm.
