91, of Tinley Park formerly of Chicago, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Patrick was born in Chicago to the late Charles J. and Alice A. (nee O’Neil) Lynch. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen C. (nee Kearney); loving father of Charles (Carrie) Lynch, Patricia (Jack) O’Connor, William Lynch, and Kaylen Schultz; cherished grandfather of Stacy O’Connor, Patrick Lynch, Colleen (Joseph) Basile, Thomas (Nicolle) Lynch, Jack O’Connor, Kathleen (Ryan Treacy) O’Connor, Margaret O’Connor, Kimberly Schultz, and Grace Schultz; proud great grandfather of Abigail Basile, Samantha Basile, and Logan Lynch; dear brother of Sr. Elizabeth Lynch O.P. Patrick was a retired officer from the Chicago Police Department and a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran. He was a member of the Elks Club and a member of The Groundhogs. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Frankfort on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 3pm – 8pm. Private Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
