92, of New Lenox, passed away at home on Friday, November 6, 2020. Raul was born in Chicago to the late Elias and the late Maria (nee Gil) Robledo. Beloved husband 72 years to Sophie (nee Vargas) Robledo; loving father of the late Raul Jr. (Cheryl) Robledo, Alfred (Veronica) Robledo, Linda Robledo (Michael Stack), and Sandra (Steven) Rabin; cherished grandfather of Amanda (Josh) Banas, Wendy Robledo, Anthony (Jessica) Robledo, Alex (Jennifer) Robledo, Kristen (Jason) Rogers, Alyssa Robledo, Brittany (Jason) Higginbotham, Nicholas Stack, Sarah Beth Rabin, Sabrina Rabin, and Erik Rabin; proud great grandfather of 10; dear brother of Carlos (Josefina) Robledo; loved uncle of several nieces and nephews. Raul was a retired crane operator for U.S. Steel, South Chicago, after 39 years of service and was a member St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 for a visitation from 9:00am until time of prayers at 11:00am then to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE. NO FOOD PERMITTED IN FUNERAL HOME.
