RAYMON J. BURKEL

Age 82, of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, October 9th, 2023 at Lemont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Lemont.

Raymon is survived by his loving family, children, Christine (Gary) Triezenberg, Alan (Terri) Burkel, siblings, Sylvia (late Frank) Richardson, Loren Burkel, Mary (Don) James, grandchildren, Ross Kistinger, Jenna Triezenberg, John Bulthuis and Cooper Burkel.

Raymon was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester & Otillia Burkel (Rausch) and wife Barbara Burkel (Zochert).

Raymon was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort where he had been an active member of the Knights of Columbus. He retired from Sargent & Lundy after 41 years of service and greatly enjoyed RVing with his family and friends.
