Raymond is survived by his loving family, wife, Patricia Sims (Harris), father, Edgar Sims, stepfather, Larry Nichols, siblings, Joy (Dan) Haddix, Gordon Sims, Clayton (Lucia) Sims, Ronald (Donna) Sims, mother in-law, Catherine Harris, brother in-law, Charles (Sylvia) Harris, sisters in-law, Catherine Harris, Susan Straub, Pamela Sims and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Raymond was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Nichols (Salter), stepmother, Lois Sims, siblings, Randy Sims, Daniel Sims, father in-law, Donald Harris, sister in-law, Earline Sims, brother in-law, Donald Harris.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 on Friday, September 5th 2014 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral service Saturday, September 6th, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville, IL.
