Rebecca "Becca" Nicole Collins

Rebecca "Becca" Nicole Collins, age 15, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with Batten Disease. She attended Elim Christian School in Palos Heights. She is survived by her loving family; parents Michael and Dawn (nee Barker) Collins Jr.; sister Natalie Collins; brother Michael Collins; grandparents Darlene and Richard Barker, Michael Collins Sr. and Dorothy and Michael Chervinko. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3:00 until 9:00 PM and again on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Parkview Christian Church 11100 Orland Pkwy, Orland Park IL 60467 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00AM.
