Richard A. Keller
70, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital. Richard was born in LaGrange, IL to the late Edward and Marion (nee Fluke) Keller. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Gouwens); loving father of Suzanne (Tony) Kost, Amanda (Chad) Ross, Kristi (Tony) DiGanci, and Wendy (John) Lindemulder; cherished Papa of Andrew and Mady Ross, Benjamin DiGanci, Paige, Kaitlin, Nathan and Morgan Lindemulder; dear brother of Karen (late Dan) Kilcoyne and the late Ed Keller; special uncle of Dan and Joey Kilcoyne. Richard was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was retired from Thornridge High School in Dolton, where he started as a History teacher, was Athletic Director, Vice Principal and eventually Principal. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 2pm – 7pm. On Friday, January 13, 2017 everyone will meet at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church 2640 Park Drive, Flossmoor, IL 60422 for an 11:00am Funeral Service.
