75 of New Lenox passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Silver Cross Hospital. Robert was born in Chicago, IL. Beloved husband of the late Candace “Candy” (nee Zajaczek); loving father of Anthony (Kathy) Gulch and Cynthia (Scott) Horvath; cherished grandfather of Carissa White, Cara Joy White, and Kailey Elizabeth Gulch; dear cousin of Maryann “Sissy” (late Art) Lhotka and Dolores (late Chuck) Ramashauskas. Robert will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He retired from ComEd as a Lineman after 35 years of service and loved taking family vacations to Disney World. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Services Friday, October 22, 2021 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30am to St. Mary Catholic Church, Mokena for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment will be private.
