46, late of New Lenox, formerly of Oak Forest, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at his home. Loving son of Bonnie (nee Fitzlaff) and the late Joseph R. O'Connor; dear brother of Kathleen Urgo, Joseph (Lynne), Michael (Chris), William (Rhonda) and the late Tommy O'Connor; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Robert worked for Southwest Community Services, Inc, Tinley Park and was a member of Lincolnway Special Recreation Association. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 3-9PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL. Funeral services Friday October 14, 2011 with prayers at 9:30 AM to St Jude's Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
