Robert M. Davis

Robert Martin Davis, age 92, longtime resident of Mokena formerly of the Roseland area, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Loving husband of the late Gwendolyn Davis; beloved father of Jeffrey (Inez) Davis, Brian (Christina) Davis, Bobbie Jean (Gene) Leonard and Billie Jo (Scott) March; dearest brother of late Howard (Shirley) Davis, late Richard ( late Annette) Davis, late Carolyn ( late Marv) Spender, Margaret (Jare) Baumgartner; cherished grandfather of Remington, Mason, Grace, Lauren and Jake Davis, Gene, Anthony, Nicole, Kristine and Megan Leonard, Alexa and Natasha March; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Robert was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, WWII Sea Beas Branch of Navy, he was a member of the carpenters union, he enjoyed working on cars and spending time at the garage with his friends. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 3:00PM until time of funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 7:00PM.
