Roger W. Randolph
79, of Minooka, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Roger was born in Joliet to the late Adolph and Marguerite (nee Nichols) Randolph. Husband of Gerolene (nee Hearron); father of Kim (Skip) Eller, Roger P. (Kim) Randolph, and Lori (Brian) McNamee; grandfather of many; step-father of Stephen (Tracie) Olvera, and Kelly (Bryan) Super Talkie. Roger retired from the City of Joliet Fire Department after 31 years of service at the rank of Lieutenant. He was Firefighter of the Year in 1988. He spent 11 years at Chrysler Corporation and nine years as a driver for Kurtz Memorial Chapel and Anderson Memorial Chapel. Roger enjoyed playing basketball and antique cars. He was a member of AFFI Local 2369, Illinois Retired Firefighters and Joliet Antique Auto Club. Private family services were held.
