Ross R. Norstrom

Ross Richard Norstrom, age 65, passed away peacefully at his home on September 25, 2024. He was the best husband and partner to Jacqui (Montoya) Norstrom and a great dad to Kyle Xavier Norstrom. Ross is survived by his mother, Dorothy (late Gail) Norstrom; his brother Gail (Connie) Norstrom; his late brother Rich (Michelle) Norstrom; and his sister Janice (late Tom) Williams, as well as his sister-in-law Susan Montoya (Rudi Maier). He was deeply loved by all who knew him, especially as an uncle to Zoe and Hazel Wolf, Reed and Reily Norstrom, Rebecca Norstrom (Andrew) O'Sullivan, and Greg (Liz) Norstrom and lots and lots of cousins. 

Ross proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a First Lieutenant, demonstrating courage and dedication that carried through all aspects of his life. After his military service, he built a successful career in the insurance industry, where his determination and sharp mind made a lasting impact to all he met.

Ross enjoyed a good drink, a cigar when he could and loud conversation. He embraced life with a bold and unapologetic spirit. He will be remembered for his loyalty, his unique sense of humor, and the memorable moments he created with those around him. 

Ross will be deeply missed, but he will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
