Age 77 of New Lenox passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at his home.  Sal was born in Chicago, IL to the late Salvatore G. and Irene M. (nee Adaszak) Micele.  Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Soper) Micele; loving father of Salvatore Micele, Anthony Micele, and Christina (Josh) Mann; dear brother of the late Rose (late Jim) Harazin; loved uncle, cousin, and friend of many.  Sal was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He was employed as Sales Manager at Darvin Furniture, retiring in 2012.   He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  Sal enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, February13, 2024 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30am then to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox, IL for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am.   Interment to follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
