Sharon Ann Maynor

Sharon Ann Erickson Maynor (nee Luchansky), age 73, a resident of Homewood formerly of Chicago, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Advocate South Suburban Medical Center in Hazel Crest. Loving wife of Donald Maynor; beloved mother of James (Hope) Erickson; dearest grandmother of Owen Erickson and Evie Erickson; fond sister of Gail (late William) O'Hanley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband David Erickson and her brother James (late Paulette) Luchansky. Sharon was a Title Examiner of Chicago Title for 45 years. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting and gardening, she loved bird watching and hiking. Sharon will be remembered for the post cards she sent to her loved ones. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Monday, January 23, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort.
