SHIRLEY J. MILLER

Age 71, of New Lenox, passed away, Friday, January 12th, 2018 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Shirley is survived by her loving family, siblings, John (Sue) Miller, Margaret (Bob) Stewart, Laurence (Barbara) Miller, Dorothy Miller, Robert (Cynthia) Miller, James (Kathleen) Miller, Donald (Peggy) Miller and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Richard & Dorothy Miller (Gripka) and siblings, Charles Miller and Virginia Baker.

Shirley was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox and retired from RUSH University Medical Hospital in Chicago as a Benefits Specialist. She was an avid golfer and loved to travel.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, January 14th, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Additional services for Shirley will be held at the Peterson Funeral Home, 229 W. Church Street, Aurora, MO 65605. A visitation is scheduled on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Wednesday 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 22383 Lawrence 1180, Aurora, MO 65605 with interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
