Age 91, of Frankfort, passed away on Saturday, November 14th 2015 at her home in Frankfort.

Shirley is survived by her loving family, children, Janet Osuch, Ted Osuch, Bob (Karen) Osuch, Susan Osuch, Jean (Gary) Ames, Lin Osuch, David Osuch and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Osuch.

Shirley was a long time member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Thursday, November 19th, 2015 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
