70, of Frankfort, formerly of Chicago passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at his home. He was born in Chicago to the late Stanley C. and Victoria (nee Korman) Kozacek. Beloved husband of 45 years of Diane (nee Lunetta); Loving Father of Joseph (the late Natalie) Kozacek, Pam (Rich) Gorczynski and Gina (Jason) Graefen; Cherished Papa of Brian (fiancée Felicia Wells), Rich, Amanda (fiancé John Oliver), Nicholas (fiancée Ashley Vernati), the late Julie, and Matthew Gorczynski, David, and Colin Kozacek, Christopher, Zachary, and Nathan Karczewski, and Jakob Graefen; Great Grandpapa of Elijah Gorczynski; Dear Brother of Patricia Parrilli, and the late Robert Kozacek; numerous nieces, nephews and brothers-in law and sisters-in-law also survive. Stanley was a U.S. Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Stanley's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 3-9PM. Funeral Service Wednesday, July 30, 2014, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15AM to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Mokena.
