Beloved husband of Gloria (nee Andretich) Matokar; loving father of the late Carrie Matokar, Laura (Rodney) Stiegman; proud papa of Matthew, Sarah, and Michael Stiegman. Stephen was a Vietnam War Veteran who served his country proudly and with honor. Stephen and Gloria lived in Glenwood Illinois before making their roots in Frankfort. Stephen was an Orthodontist with his own practice in Calumet City. All services are private.
