Age 72, of New Lenox, passed away on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Susan is survived by her loving family, children, Barbra (Craig) DuPlantis, Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Gehrke, grandchildren, Haley DuPlantis, Jacob DuPlantis, Sydney Gehrke, Gracen Gehrke, Nathan Gehrke and beloved pets.
Susan was always grateful for the care and support she received from Kidney Care Center, U of C Cancer Center New Lenox, Lemont Nursing and Rehab, Fresenius Kidney Care and the entire staff at Silver Cross Hospital.
Family will receive friends Friday, March 11th, 2022 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral mass at 12:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Silver Cross Hospital, www.silvercross.org would be appreciated.
