Age 68, a longtime resident of New Lenox, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Silver Cross Hospital. Loving mother of the late Dawnna (Brian) O’Leary, Gina (Brian) Reynolds and Nick (Sarai) Adamson; beloved daughter of the late Jim and Charlotte (Grulke) Mazzochi; dearest sister of Jim Mazzochi, Jean Mazzochi and Judy (Jim) Sears; cherished grandmother of Jacob Adamson, Alex Reynolds, Cora Reynolds, Ashley Alexander, Mikayla Alexander and Olivia Alexander; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her many beloved children and families of Sweet Song Childcare.

Susan was the Owner and Operator of Sweet Song Childcare in New Lenox and a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Oak Forest.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, on Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, with a funeral service at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment, St. John’s Cemetery, Mokena.
