Susie Pasieta

Susie Pasieta (nee Fiorillo) age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at her home in Crest Hill.

She is survived by her beloved children, Nick (Laura) and Kim (Ken) Rozhon; her grandchildren, Jacob, Keith, and Benjamin Rozhon, and Bella and Mia Pasieta; siblings, Anna (late Charles) Littleton, and Jeannie (Kenneth) Kanwischer; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Susie is preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph Pasieta; her parents, Nicholas Sr. and Anna Fiorillo; and her siblings, Dominick (late Jane) Fiorillo, Richard (late Jacqueline) Fiorillo, Frank Fiorillo, and Nicholas Fiorillo Jr.

Susie was a crafty person, always working on a new project on her Cricut machine or crocheting. She was a very active member of her Carrilon Lakes community and always loved participating in their large array of activities. She was also a wonderful baker, especially her cookies, breads, pies, and apple slices. Over all else though, she loved spending time with her family. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy in life.

Services for Susie will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Franics Road, in New Lenox, with a visitation on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 3pm-8pm. Services will continue the following day, Tuesday, June 18, 2024 with Chapel Prayers at the funeral home being held at 11am. Susie will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with her beloved husband Joseph.
