Age 55, of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, April 7th, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.
T. is survived by his significant other, Su Sterioti and sister, Lisa Evoy.
T. was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis & Joann Simmons (Mechling).
T. was a member of the Lockport Moose. He greatly enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with his friends.
