Thomas S. Mulka
55, of New Lenox, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Tom was born in Chicago to Steve F. and Harriet (nee Urbanowicz) Mulka. Beloved husband of Chris (nee Kowalski); loving father of Rachel (Ben) Whittle and Thomas “T.J.” Mulka; brother of Christine (Ken) Such, and the late Steve Mulka; dear son-in-law of Halina and the late Henry Kowalski; brother-in-law of Mary (Bill) Schnur, Diane (Mike) Morford, Joe (Vicki) Kowalski, and Andrew (Jessica) Kowalski; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, wonderful neighbors, and dear friends also survive. Tom was employed by U.P.S. for 34 years. He was an avid Cubs fan, fun loving, and truly one of the nicest people you could ever meet. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox on Sunday, September 2, 2018 from 1pm – 7pm. funeral Service Monday, September 3, 2018 with prayers at the funeral home at 10:15 to St. Jude Catholic Church 241 W. Second Ave. New Lenox for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
