81, late of New Lenox, previously of South Holland, passed away March 29, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Viola nee Bohn; loving father of Cheryl (Greg) Hall, Mary (Robert) Short, Ronald (Joanne) DeAdam and Laura (David) Bendell; cherished grandfather of Adam (Emily) Short, Andrew Short, Anthony DeAdam, Lindsay (Scott) Fitzgibbons, Brooke, Todd, Nick and Paige Bendell and great-grandfather of Kadyn and Bradley Fitzgibbons; dear brother of Gerald (Trudy) D'Adam. He was preceded in death by his parents Attilio and Mary D'Adam. Victor retired from Ford Motor Co. at the age of 50 and he & Vi became Florida "snowbirds". He was a member of the Italian American Club. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 3 until 9 PM with a memorial service at 7:00PM. Interment private.
