Vincenzo Lorenzo Gianfrancesco

Vincenzo Lorenzo Gianfrancesco, 82, of Chicago Heights, passed away peacefully holding the hand of his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Louise (nee Rossetto) on Dec. 6, 2020. Vince is also survived by his daughter Maria Doyle of S. Chicago Hts., granddaughter, Melanie Doyle, many siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. Born in Dragone (Caserta), Italy, to Arthur and Maria Gianfrancesco. Vincenzo was the second youngest sibling of Carmella Gianfrancesco, Angelina Cino, Ada Santillo, Dario Gianfrancesco, Giulia Hardman, Assunta Della Paolero. He emigrated in 1955 and owned and operated Vince’s Barber shop in Homewood, IL until his retirement. He enjoyed golfing, racquetball, making wine and traveling with his wife. Private Visitation and Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. will be held on Fri. Dec. 11th. at St. Kieran Catholic Church in Chicago Heights where Vince ushered for many years.
