Age 82 of Lockport passed away on Monday, November 25th, 2019 at his home.

William is survived by his loving family, children, Robin (Don) Weber, Gary Giles, David (Joan) Giles, siblings, Don Giles, Clyde Castleman, Floyd Castleman, sister-in-law, Betty Giles, grandchildren, Keith William (Kristin) Stotts, Kristen Nicole Stotts, Timmy Edwin (Nicole) Stotts, Heather Nicole Giles, Rebecca Lynne Giles, Rachel Ann Giles, great grandchildren, Dominick Schalk, Emily Schalk, Maddy Stotts and Brody William Stotts.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Garrett & Beulah Giles (Verble), wife, Jean Giles (Wall), siblings, Ray Giles, Ralph (Jean) Giles, Odell (Fern) Giles, Wayne Giles, sisters in law, Mary Giles, Jeanette Castleman and Jerri Castleman.

William was born and raised in West Frankfort, IL and was a United States Air Force Veteran who served in Japan. He retired from Modern Drop Forge in Blue Island after 35 years of service and was NASCAR fan.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Wednesday December 4th, 2019 at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment with full military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
