78, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 at Lemont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. William was born in Chicago to the late John and Sophie (nee Wlodarczyk) Kouba. Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Kamin); loving father of the late Kristin Margaret Kouba and William Jr. (Nicole) Kouba; cherished grandfather of Zachary, Addison, and Chloe Kouba; dear brother of John “Butch” (Ramona) Kouba and three siblings that preceded him in death. William was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired computer programmer for CNA Insurance. Private family services were held. Interment with honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
